You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. 88fg reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false information is provided. Please notify our support team immediately if any of your details change.

2.4 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

88fg currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for all methods.

3.2 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Occasionally this time may vary slightly due to transaction amount, verification requirements, or technical reasons.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

You must use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, 88fg reserves the right to hold or return the funds.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 88fg does not process any transactions in foreign currencies.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 and a total balance of ৳2,200. For the maximum bonus: depositing ৳14,000 or more gives a bonus of ৳8,000 and a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This applies only to the bonus funds, not the deposit. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, collusive betting, or any other manipulation will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account may be closed.

4.4 Bonus Validity

Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be considered void.

The 88fg VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

You can move from one tier to the next through regular and active play. 88fg reserves the right to change cashback amounts and the criteria for tier qualification.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using someone else's identity.
• Bonus abuse — collusive betting, system manipulation, or fraudulent play.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Hacking, using bots, or automated software on the platform's software or games.
• Harassment, abuse, or misconduct toward other users.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment account.

88fg reserves the right to investigate an account without notice in the case of suspicious activity and to place withdrawals on hold during the investigation.

7.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed when the game is launched. All games on 88fg are operated fairly and transparently. The Random Number Generator (RNG) technology used on our platform ensures that every outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error or server outage, 88fg reserves the right to void that round and return the wager. User claims will not be accepted in such circumstances.
